About the Presenters
 

David Hodson OBE MICArb is a co-founder and partner of The International Family Group. He is an English solicitor, mediator, arbitrator, Australian solicitor and a deputy family court judge, DDJ in the FRC at the CFC in London. He was awarded the OBE for services to international family law and is the primary author of The International Family Practice.

Elaine Richardson is an experienced family solicitor, collaborative lawyer, accredited Child Inclusive all issues family mediator and PPC. She has been appointed as the new co-chair of the Law Society Family Law Committee commencing in September 2020. Elaine represented The Law Society at the recent discussions with the MoJ about the abolition of fault-based divorce.

Antonia Felix is a Legal Director in the Family department of Mischon de Reya. Her expertise includes the resolution of complex financial issues in divorce (often involving international aspects), private law children matters (both schedule 1 claims and Section 8 Orders), including applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction and surrogacy and LGBT parenting issues. She is experienced in advising on pre and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements

Emily Fox is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the family department at Payne Hicks Beach. Her key specialism is in high net worth financial settlements, particularly those with an international element, and she has a growing practice in the particular legal complexities faced by the modern family.
